Let's discuss things in the news. It sounds like it could be a boring thread, but I know how you lot work and things science-y and politicall-y seem to get you int oangry debates.
So anything you see happening in the world right now that you find interesting, put it here!!...
I'll start!

Norway UFOs. Very pretty, thought "oooh cool! I like weird things."
Russia saying it's one of their missiles? Hmmmm??

I'm sure this is already well known, but the Thunderbirds lookalike has announced the dreaded Broadband Tax.

Anyone with a phone line will have to pay £6 a year to allow BT to upgrade their network, including those who don't have an internet connection to their home.

Boris Johnson wrote:I think the Labour government is almost completely discredited. In my view they have bogged it up in the most imperial, inter-galactic fashion. They have run up colossal sums of debt and have no credible way out of it.

This worries me. Tigers are coming under increasing pressure.
Climate Change seems to be the reason for everything these days. But these things are pushing humans and animals closer together.
Like deforestation in other parts of the world. Take away the forests and the animals have no habitat, the animals die. Taking away the prey for the tiger and the tiger has to look elsewere, and humans are definately easy targets.
If we cared more for our planet, then the planet will care more for us.

Re: News News
That is certainly worrying. But since Climategate i have found it much harder to trust Global Warming/Climate Change as being truly credible.

I worry for the ecosystems and the wildlife that are coming under fire and threat because humanity is too selfish to see past it's dollar-bill signs.

Re: News News
The PM, 73, suffered a broken nose, two broken teeth and a cut lip after being hit with a model of Milan cathedral following a rally in the city.
Is it mean to say I laughed a little bit when I read that? Nice choice of weapon!

I adore you, South Park!!
But really, in all seriousness, who are they to threat Stone and Parker?
They're all too sensitive. Geez.
