i too have heard some real good reviews. some guys were all "how could this be a PG!", which i consider to be good news

New Shutter Island trailer.

This really plays on the horror aspects of the story although they are very minor.

Wow. I was looking forward to this based on very little information. now that i have more information (ben kingsley! jackie earl haley! claustrophobia!) i am very much looking forward to it. and yeah, i can imagine them playing up the horror bits for the trailer, and then having most of the film be psychological. really looking forward to this

Hmmm. Well i will definitely watch it obviously. But i hope it doesnt have the same cheesy tone as the trailer.
